Abstract

First of all, I thank the editors and the commentators for the work and time they invested into my essay on the rise of modern society. However, none of them focus on the core content of the essay. They do not refer sufficiently to the central points concerning the parallelism children / primitives, ontogenesis / history, and adolescent stage / modernity. G. Meisenberg refers to that point only once, the others not at all. Nonetheless it has pleased me a lot to read the papers and analyze them.
